After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. From this moment on our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation email.
All payments are handled through payment service Stripe.
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, Mastercard and JCB. You can establish your credit card data safely through our secured SSL procedure. However, in the absence of negligence on our part, we will not be liable for any loss that you may incur in the unlikely event that a third party gains unauthorised access to any information you provide to us.
All card information is handled in a secure environment and Mondido Payments is responsible for handling information obtained through the service in accordance with the requirements set for certification in accordance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and other applicable security regulations. No card details are stored at Qoali.
You may cancel the product sale agreement with the Company anytime within fourteen (14) days of receipt of product delivery.
To exercise your right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days, you must first submit a cancellation and return request by sending us an email at email@example.com. Upon receipt of confirmation email from the Company, you will then be required to ship the product back to the Returns Address provided by the Company in the confirmation email and send a proof to firstname.lastname@example.org that shows the product was shipped back within the 14 days period.
All sales are deemed final after the lapse of the fourteen day period and you will not be able to request any exchanges or refunds.
In the event we delivered an incorrect product to you or the product you received contained a manufacturing defect or was damaged when you received it, we will gladly exchange it for you. To return an incorrect or defective/damaged product, please contact us at email@example.com and notify us of the incorrect or defective product within 14 days of accepting delivery. Please note that you will be required to send the non-compliant product back within fourteen days from the date of delivery.
The Company will only offer you an exchange or refund for a returned product if the following conditions are met:
PLEASE NOTE - Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to resell returned products as new if you use them before cancelling your order. We will inspect the returned products and we reserve the right to refuse or reduce the amount of refund if the returned product was used with visible signs of wear or if the returned product is damaged as a result of you not following the product care instructions.
Excluding returns of incorrect and/or defective products, Customers will be responsible for the payment of any shipping fees incurred in returns and reshipping products. Where the Customer returns the product because it was incorrect or defective, the Company will cover the return shipping fees equal to the cheapest usual form of shipment offered by the online store. Please note that we will not refund any shipping costs or insurance fees that exceed our usual shipping cost.
Where your refund is approved after inspection of the returned product, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of the returned product by the Company. Please note that refunds should reach your account within three weeks from the date we process your refund. You will be solely responsible for payment of any bank charges that you incur in reversing the transaction.
If you bought your SleepAngel product from a retail store that carries our products, your purchase is subject to the return and exchange policies of that retailer.
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. In connection with your purchase, you agree that we store and manage your personal information. We store the information that is necessary to complete the agreement with you and to conduct our business. According to GDPR, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If the information we store about you is irrelevant, incorrect or incomplete, you may request that the information be corrected, limited or removed, as we do as permitted by applicable law (such as the Accounting Act).
