Movistar Team Unveils 2026 Project with Renewed Identity and Focus on the Future

Movistar Team has officially presented its 2026 season with 56 riders across the Men’s, Women’s, and Development Teams. The squad enters its 47th season in professional cycling, continuing its long-standing partnership with Telefónica.

SleepAngel (Gabriel Scientific) has been a proud sponsor of the team since 2019, providing riders with a clean and safe sleep environment through its filter-protected SleepAngel pillows.

Key highlights include the unveiling of the new GOBIK-designed jersey, the launch of the Movistar Team Academy for youth development, and several high-profile signings including Cian Uijtdebroeks, Juanpe López, and Francesca Barale.

The team also confirmed the return of the popular documentary series El Día Menos Pensado, and announced a new vehicle partnership with CUPRA.

As part of its performance and recovery strategy, Movistar Team continues its partnership with SleepAngel (Gabriel Scientific), which began in 2019. Riders travel with SleepAngel pillows, equipped with PneumaPure® filter technology, to ensure a clean, hygienic sleep environment during competition and transfers. This barrier bedding solution supports both infection control and consistent recovery in high-demand settings such as the Tour de France.
