Favourite quarantine past times? Our team has some ideas

As quarantine continues, our team has gathered some of their suggestions on things to do (next to work) at home during quarantine time.

We hope it give you some ideas. Stay safe!

  • The great outdoors - as Estonia is not in full lock down, we able to move and visit our beautiful forests - that cover about 50% of Estonia (or 2 million hectares) with plenty of nature parks to visit. www.visitestonia.com
  • Sleeping hygiene - you know, when you have always said that you are too busy to go to bed early. Now it is time to see how enough rest time feels like. Adults need 7- 9 hours of sleep according to National Sleep Foundation, and teens even 8 - 10 hours. Do you need motivation to practice healthy sleeping hours? Did you know that sleep deprivation can result lack of concentration, skin issues, weight gain etc. That should be more than enough. SleepFoundation.org
  • Music - Research has shown that music may influence central physiological variables like blood pressure, heart rate, respiration, it can ameliorate pain, anxiety, nausea, fatigue and depression. While there is less research done on how music, and what type of music, is utilized and administered specifically for optimum effect in specific clinical situations, we think that this Max Richter's eight hour performance "Sleep" will definitely help to calm your mind and prepare for the night. By the way, we have also set up a SleepAngel Spotify account with out favourite lullabies, calming music and some relaxing sound collections.

We hope that while quarantine time is stressful, it also gives you some time to reflect and relax. If you wish to surround yourself with comfortable and always-as-new clean pillows, please have a look here - SleepAngel filtered bedding products.
