Sleeping hygiene - you know, when you have always said that you are too busy to go to bed early. Now it is time to see how enough rest time feels like. Adults need 7- 9 hours of sleep according to National Sleep Foundation, and teens even 8 - 10 hours. Do you need motivation to practice healthy sleeping hours?
